Balance, Variety, and Moderation are the key to a healthy lifestyle. Chef Zohman's goal is to assist others in applying this principle to their daily eating habits. She encourages clients to include and expand their selection rather than narrow and exclude foods from their diet. There are no "Good" or "Bad" foods and nothing is forbidden. Chef Zohman is committed to educating people how to improve their health by making small life style modifications instead of drastic changes. Her unique background allows her to offer clients not only nutritional advice and guidance but also personal chef services. Moran Zohman obtained her Masters Degree in Nutrition and Food Science from CSU - Northridge. In addition she is a graduate of the Westlake Culinary Institute as well as the Culinary Business Academy. Although formally educated she feels that the true instincts of being a chef aren't necessarily learned in the classroom - food is about experimentation and exploration. Chef Zohman feels fortunate to live in Los Angeles where she can enjoy a variety of great ethnic restaurants and markets within a small radius. She is a versatile personal chef who blends a wide variety of styles, flavors, and ethnic fare to create truly flavorful and unique meals. Chef Zohman enjoys researching new recipes & cuisines to present to family, friends and clientele.
